If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to participate in workshops, coaching, writing services, use of products, or community activities.

2. Personal Development Disclaimer

RISE & SHINE YOU provides tools, resources, and guidance for personal and profession growth, as well as writing services including articles and ghostwriting. We are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. 

Your participation is voluntary, and you are solely responsible for the decisions and actions you take as a result of using our Services.  Results may vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and commitment. 

By participating, you release RISE & SHINE YOU, its facilitators, coaches, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities direct, indirect, or incidental arising from your use of our Services.

3. Writing Services & Content Use

Any written content created by RISE & SHINE YOU through ghostwriting, article contributions, or other writing services remains the intellectual property of RISE & SHINE YOU until otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients using our writing services are responsible for how the content is used and published. We are not liable for legal issues or consequences resulting from publication or distribution of content provided. 

Written submissions provided to RISE & SHINE YOU for editing, ghostwriting, or contribution may be used in workshops, coaching materials, or other Services only with the contributor's consent.

4. Privacy & Data Use

We collect limited personal data necessary for workshop registration, coaching, writing services, product purchases, and participation in Services. 

Your information will never be sold and will only be shared when required by law or with your consent. By using our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

 

 4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through RISE & SHINE YOU include but not limited to workshops, coaching materials, journal content, articles, ghostwritten materials, journal content, articles, ghostwritten materials, videos, and digital products is the intellectual property of RISE & SHINE YOU unless explicitly transferred in writing. 

Participants and clients may use materials for personal purposes only. Materials may not be copied, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

6. Age Restrictions & Parental Consent

Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to join coaching sessions, writing services, workshops, or community activities. Parent/guardians acknowledge that minors are engaging in a personal and professional development program at their discretion.

7. Payments, Refunds, & Cancellations

Fees for workshops, coaching, writing services, or digital products (including journals) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events, workshops, or programs due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified promptly. 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for: 

Technical issues, outages, or data loss related to website, platform access, or use of services. 

Third-party platforms, services, or content accessed through our website or Services. 

Legal or professional consequences resulting from publication, distribution, or use of written content provided through our writing services. 

Use of our Services is at your own risk.

 We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. 

Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
