"Getting Naked" by Patrick Lencioni at The Table Group, is a game changer!

Last night I finished reading "Getting Naked" by Patrick Lencioni at The Table Group, and I must say, it's a game changer!

This book resonated deeply with me, taking me back to days of providing bedside care as a nurse. In those moments, it was never about self-preservation; it was about making the best decisions for the patient, even if it meant admitting when a treatment decision was wrong.

Lencioni dives into the concept of being vulnerable, or "naked," by always prioritizing the client's best interests. This approach may leave us feeling exposed, but it's the foundation of genuine service and trust. I can relate to this so much, especially recalling a piece of advice from a former leader: "Do the right thing and the numbers will come." It emphasizes that true success is built on trust, sustainability, respect, and loyalty. 

No matter where you are in life or what your career path is, I highly recommend this thought-provoking book. Imagine what we could achieve if we all prioritized others over our own agendas. The lessons from "Getting Naked" are invaluable and truly transformative.
